WARN® AXLES AND FRONT HUB CONVERSION KITS
Our philosophy for building axles is simple: build them tougher than the rocks they crawl over. 4340 chrome/nickel aircraft alloy forms the heart of our axle products, providing far better fatigue and strength characteristics than the mild steel used in most other axles.
During our proprietary forging process, every axle is splined by CNC machining and heat treated for maximum strength. This gives the WARN axles a yield strength of 230,000 psi.
